for what they call lower gas prices? Lower than what? Right now gas is $.80 per gallon more than two years ago, and heating oil has more than doubled in that timespan. True the price is down about $.80 from its peak during this summer's driving season, but taking credit for "low" fuel prices is apparently the same as saying "Yeah we screwed things up, but we've half unscrewed it."
