2. In two weeks
I'm either going to be begging a ride to DC, or celebrating victory, that's all the plans I've got so far.

7. and when they circle by your place to pick you up maybe they can stop by
my house on the way, I promise to have a big pot of beans on. As it stands all bets are off going forward from that day.

5. Me too. I'm trying not to think about
it too much, though.

I really, really, really don't want a repeat of the crushing, painful, depressing weeks that followed 2004. I think I got my hopes up a little too high & the come-down was a total bummer :(

8. Just in case.
There's no question this is close to the last hope to turn things around by means of conventional politics.

If doesn't hurt to check out some options in case things don't go well November 7.

11. Thats cool Mr. Optimistic
I do think we will win the House but it will be only 15 to 25 seat pickup. Senate I predict we pickup 5. So what are your predictions?

12. I'm hoping for the best...
while prepared for the worst. In a state filled with knuckle-draggers it's hard to be overly optimistic, but I'll buy a bottle of wine...just in case.
