regarding his Iraq "policy." He does exactly what he wants to do, and we're seeing what he wants. As long as he's in power, we aren't leaving Iraq, and the troop levels aren't going to change much. I doubt they would consider a draft, either, because in their ideological universe, that would also be admitting they were wrong.

If Dems do take over both chambers of Congress, Bush might try to do something, but he might find his funding stripped away from him if he goes too far.
