4. More Dems have GOT to start STRESSING the reality of civil war.

The moment a majority of Senators acknowledge Iraq is in civil war, the moment the MISSION CHANGES and a new resolution is NEEDED.

There was no mission drafted for civil war circumstance. Warner promised Kerry on Senate floor last June that if civil war becomes apparent he would submit a new resolution.

That is why Bush and WH is resisting the civil war reality, and why Dems have to STOP DANCING AROUND the words. Murtha and Kerry-Feingold withdrawal plans addressed the reality of civil war. It's past time more Dems accurately describe the reality of Iraq.
