Please support my candidacy
Hello, friends-

2024 will be the first presidential election in which I am legally eligible to compete. Given the state of our nation, I am only too eager to toss my hat into the ring. While I have yet to make an official announcement (expect one after the November midterms), I am exploring all options at this early stage. A presidential campaign requires a strong base of supporters and fundraisers; the earlier I can assemble this base, the better.

My vision for America is one of justice, peace, and prosperity. I am a genuine, progressive candidate, committed to our nation's future (For the record, the Vision for America section of my site is clearly satire). I believe in the wisdom and strength of the individual, while recognizing that government is an essential structure for the advancement of the common good. I believe in universal, single-payer health care and a dignified extraction from the situation in Iraq (which hopefully will be over by the time I am in office, although I'm not so sure). I believe in the essential equality of all people and the importance of maintaining a healthy natural environment.

If you believe like I do (expect a full outline of my policy positions in the coming week), then please show your support for my campaign by joining this group:

Together, we can make this country what it once was, and what we have only dreamed it could be.

Yours,
Sam Denlinger (D-MD)

2. You realize that, as a declared candidate...
You may now be subject to financial disclosure reporting requirements between now and the end of the 2024 election? If you were a Washington resident, you would now be in serious trouble if you do not register with the state's Public Disclosure Commission and keep that registration up to date.

FYI, and good luck. :hi:

3. Sorry, but in 2024, I'm supporting Maya Marcel-Keyes
She's the only one who will be able to replace President Keith Olbermann at the end of his second term.
