Lauer & Brian Williams Grasping At Straws To Prop Up * |
|
Edited on Wed Oct-25-06 10:47 AM by stopbush
Such transparent idiots. Lauer asks Williams (post * presser) if * making himself available to the press is helping him get his message out. Of course, says Williams.
Have they looked at the polls? Does it help bush if getting his message out means he and the Rs fall further in the polls?
Oh, and Williams all but announced today's talking point which he got straight from *: are Ds dancing in the end zone too early? "I can't wait to ask Mike Dewine if he thinks the Dss are prematurely dancing in the end zone."
Does he think Dewine will say "no?"

1. And to think one of their current talking points is how the media |
|
is being so hard on them.
Jesus, the people that crap are frighteningly stupid.

2. Chimpy kept repeating that phrase today "dancing in the end zone" |
|
before they score a touchdown." Must be the new talking point.
No worries for Bush - he's probably already got the Diebold fix in . . .

3. Well First Of All, That Analogy Doesn't Even Make Sense... |
|
...which is par for the course for analogies from Mr. Bush.
How the hell do you dance in the endzone when you haven't scored the touchdown yet? You have to GET IN the endzone, in which case it is a TD, in which case, you'd have every right to dance. Unless you're in the National Football League, in which case you'll get slapped with a $20K fine, but I'm digressing here. :P
I've seen no Dems doing any such "dancing in the endzone." If anything, I've seen them hedging their bets against any vote-counting monkey business that may happen on Election Day.
Even if they are dancing in the endzone, so what? How would that be different than what the GOP-ers have been doing since 1994? Hell, Bush himself said on November 6, 2000: "you're looking at the next president." He also began building his cabinet while the recount was going on while Mr. Gore refused to "be so presumtuous." It's called "inevitability." It happens. The GOP-ers are just trying to avoid it.

5. Yes, because it's so hard for the President of the United States |
|
to get his message out. The media just don't give him any attention! :sarcasm:
