Election Fraud Whistle-blower Reward Fund?
Say if it led to the exposure and conviction of election officials found guilty of vote tampering.
Maybe the bigger the fish, the bigger the payout.
Or are there no laws that penalize election fraud?

But sadly the majority of voters either dont care("Its just the way it is and I'm ok with it),or they deny any allegations of voter fraud, claiming that dems/libs are just angry for losing elections.
