I've already voted absentee, but I've been thinking about some things... |
|
How do you feel the Dems will change our government if they take control of Congress? Can they be effective enough? They are basically pointing out errors the Republicans have made, but not really coming up with their own solutions. I realize they don't want to show their hand, but I think the people are waiting for a clearer picture of what they will or can do if they take over the majority.
If that happens, do you think GW will make a change in his cabinet and shift people around which will affect the majority after the election?
I can't put my finger on it, but something is in the wind and I'm awfully nervous... Everytime GW says they are going to win the majority, I get sick to my stomach. I'm sure they've already planned their strategy in the event the Dems win the popular vote, but other than manipulating the machines or screwing up the voting procedure, what could it be?
Originally, I thought he was just cheerleading to keep their team from falling apart, but I'm not so sure anymore. His look reminds me of the last election when the family and others were watching the counts on TV in the hotel room and he had that all-knowing smirk on his face. At that point, I knew that Kerry had lost.

1. He is the leader of their party... He has to be the cheerleader! |

We just have to do our part in winning local elections.
