What Was The Point Of Today's News Conference? There Was No News.

I watched the whole thing and LEARNED NOTHING NEW. I heard the Idiot-In Chief once again show how detached he is from reality by stating that 'We Are Winning The War In Iraq'. Beyond that delusional message, he said absolutely NOTHING OF SUBSTANCE.

5. Most people don't watch the news conferences.
However, they do usually know when one happens. This reinforces the illusion that they are doing their job.

9. The lying White House called this a 'substantial' news conference.
that must mean below stantial.

I wish just once that the press corps would just blow him off, either not show or walk out in unison. Never happen, but one can dream.

11. It was a free campaign appearance offered by the media.
And Dubya yapped on a very long time saying that nothing. Here's hoping it will hurt, not help, GOP candidates!
