That has essentially been the argument the Repukes have been making on television all day today about the RNC's anti-Ford ad. They've been saying things like "I don't see anything racist in the ad." and "Democrats are the ones making a racial issue out of this ad." It's bullshit and they know it's bullshit. Sure, if you remove all context from the ad there is nothing racist about a blond white woman with no visible clothing flirting with Ford, but we all know the context the South.

I just hope people get pissed about that ad and take it out on Corker.

amendment, wouldn't you? :shrug: They get really upset with flag burning, they wanted a constitutional amendment to counter that. You'd think burning the cross of their lord and savior would raise their hackles a little. jesus didn't die on that cross just so some punk politician could smear his opponent with it! :grr:

You'd THINK all the good pious Republicans would be upset about this commercial. But you'd be wrong. They endorse defiling the cross to make a little political hay out of it. :shrug: It gets harder and harder to figure these hypocrites out every day.
