I think Rush Limbaugh gave us Missouri on a silver platter
We all know that Rush Limbaugh channeled Bill Frist for a diagnosis via video tape, and we all know how well that worked for Frist. What isn't widely known is that this mirrors a huge blunder by the Progressive Conservative Party in Canada in the 1993 election. Liberal leader Jean Chretien has Bell's Palsy and suffers from a facial paralysis, but the PCs went ahead and decided to put up an ad making fun of the way his face looks. The ad backfired horribly and with many other issues caused the PCs to go from a majority government to two seats in the entire parliament. I'm not saying that we're about to rout the Republicans, but the raw anger this can create can certainly turn the tide.

1. Wouldn't that be hilarious
If the ReNAMBLAcans lost say 150 House seats and 25 or more Senatorial seats. Now let's wish it to happen.

3. Maybe...it's still going to be a huge battle.
Missouri is still technically a "red" state until these GOP cretins are voted out of office. Also, this being a bible-belt state, there are numerous religious freaks who are vehemently against stem cell research. I think the stem cell vote will be VERY close.
