4. It would be EXTRAORDINARY if someone just held him accountable!
It would be a outright miracle if he were to ever actually make it the Hague.

A passport doesn't grant anyone any special privileges, all it does is certify that you are who you say you are and that you come from where it says you come from. If you are coming back into this country from anywhere it guarantees that you will not be denied entry, but that doesn't mean that it will automatically get you into any other country.

As far as George's passport goes, yep, like anyone else he's got to have one but you can be nobody's going to ask to see it or that anyone is going to go through his bags.
