Too grainy to be graphic, but definitely not the sort of video you want your supervisors seeing.

2. I saw that a couple of years ago
It is a deputy removing her gun with her finger on the trigger and it was an accidental discharge. Some chipped asphalt hit the prisoner and cop cuffing him, but just minor scratches. I believe the officer got disciplined and probably sent back to the range for gun practice.
