Predict the date of an October/November surprise involving Bin Laden/terror

I still feel that something involving Bin Laden will surface right before Election Day. It could be his timed capture or killing (although I doubt it...as I thought it would happen in 2004 but didn't.) It could also be that Bin Laden himself proactively wants to influence the election and releases a new video tape showing him alive and launches a diatribe to make us look like we are on his side as a ju-jitsu move to lure Republicans into the voting booth so we will end up with more of Bush's shit. I also think that an Orange Alert is not out of the question...although I'm not sure if the Bush Administration is that stupid as to try and do this.

...Anyway, if such a stunt happens, I expect it to be on the Friday before Election Day (November 3rd.) Last minute events have been on Friday's in recent elections. In 2000 the Bush DWI story came out the Friday before (remember, an October Surprise doesn't necessarily mean that one of the campaigns is doing it...it can be a news event that coincidentally happens.) In 2004, Bin Laden released his video tape the Friday before Election Day, capping off a week that I felt would actually go well for Kerry (he was up in most national polls.)

That would seem most likely to me based on past
data. Keep in mind that Al Jazeera gets videos all the time.

Rove must have calculated the correct timing by now. I expect it will be
around Nov 1.

If Al Jazeera does not comply with Rovian timing they know what to expect --
they got the message at least once before.
