3. I'm watching the 11PM broadcast - CNN has been doing

a great job this week on this series. I thought even the one on the Dems was really fair.

Tonight shows why we need a Dem congress to check the grab and abuse of power by this bunch. John Yoo ought to be the one thrown in Gitmo! Hell, he and the Admin should be tried for treason!
