I said hello to Bob Casey today...

As I've posted before, his campaign office is in my building wherein I practice. I was finishing up escorting an older lady patinet of mine (94!) to a cab, turned around, and there he was exiting from an elevator. He warmly greeted me, shook my hand, and I told him how many of us were literally praying for him and wished him lots of good luck and must've really been beaming because he started smiling himself. The only other elevator surprise I ever ahd like that in 27 years in that building was when Danny Glover stepped in on the 7th floor and we were the only two in the elevator.

In a weird way, this was more exciting, b/c he might help represent the light at the end of the very dark tunnel
