it. I'm listening to CNN right now, and they are saying some state is wanting to outlaw abortions except when the woman's life is in danger.

How can they do this? Does the Supreme Court's decisions not outweigh states rights?

They are hoping the current Supreme Court will reverse its earlier rulings and allow states to outlaw abortion.

2. It goes like this

They pass laws they KNOW are illegal, unconstitutional, or whatever. They use those laws to harass/imprison whomever, or try to put them out of business. Whoever sues to get the law overturned. It's fought all the way to the USSC. The right wing garbage passing these laws is just hoping the court has been packed and will go their way.

We the people have to hope they'll go our way.
