in saying that Bush should start taking quacking lessons, seeing that he will soon be a lame duck?

2. Yes - Think "Signing Statements"
The Smirk's "Signing Statements" are murderous. They are tough to undue, and since the "Brave Congressional Dems" seem reluctant to counter them, we may lose the ability to counter them.

Impeachment is required, as soon as possible.
