22:15 After the protest in Reforma, 11 comrades were arrested who were heading to the Juarez hemiciclo. They were arrested by plainclothes police officers who were armed with sticks. They were approached with violent force. Two patrol cars were called that went for them and took them to the agency number 50 where they were accused of robbery and the destruction of a patrol car. The names of the arrested are: Iliana Coapio, Adhazaira Chávez, Jazmin Ornelas Gómez, Pablo Dorantes, Heriberto Paredes, Victor Duarte Alanis, Gerardo Florencio, Teresa Salgado Cordero, Cintya Castro, Elizabeth Vayadores, Demián Gómez Medina
Once in the MP (police station) four more detained people were found. Two women and two men of which only the names of the men are known:

21:01 The federal preventative police, soldiers dressed as police, continues advancing through Vigueras, taking out everything. They are not carrying themselves like police, only like an army of assault in a war.

18:58 In D.F. there´s a protest in front of the Secretary of the Federal Government. There´s a group of provocateurs throwing rocks at the riot police to justify repression. Protesters are trying to take them out so that it not be a pretext for the repression.

18:00 The signal from Oaxaca´s Radio Universidad has gone down, they cut off electricity in all of the zone. They don´t know if it was soldiers, the police, government or paramilitaries. The are trying to cut off the siege of information. Oaxaca´s Radio Universidad was the only hole in the information siege. It informed what was happening in every barricade and every place where the people defended their rights and where the police and the paramilitaries committed crimes and violations of human rights.
17:58 At the Avenida Eje Central blockade in Mexico City, there are a thousand people in the blockade. 500 police tried to take down the blockade and later they were forced back. They have reformed again and the protesters are surrounded.

13:15 According to a report from commercial radio, there are around 150 protesters resisting outside of Ciudad Universitaria. The PFP continues closing in with bulldozers; they are about a kilometer away. There are children. The protesters say they are not going to retreat. 250 members of the PFP are unloading from their trucks and forming barriers with their shields. The protesters say they are not going to retrear, nonetheless they already dismantled the first barricade. The commercial media is saying that there are not arrests, they are pushing them back with their shields.

13:07 Twenty public transport buses are en route to Oaxaca , through the Puerto Escondido highway. They are going to head towards the center near Ciudad Universitaria, where they have one of the most reinforced barricades.
