from a friend who has Ras' paid subscription--it hasn't been released to the general public as yet. That is good news along with the NY Times endorsement of Lamont this past weekend. I've heard (on Kos' site) that if Lamont can get the race within five points that his ground team thinks they can make that up with a superior gotv effort on election day.

Let's keep hope alive!

p.s.
I also hear that Bill Clinton will not be doing any events for Lamont like he did for Lieberman prior to the primary--too bad, that might have been a big help.

1. If that poll is accurate, it's big news. Within the last 5 minutes, NPR
quoted the Quinnipiac poll with Lamont trailing by 17%.

I bet the Lamont campaign knows the breakdown of that recent Rasmussen poll by heart already.

This one still ain't over.

2. I think that was the Q-poll from a couple of weeks ago
they should have a new poll in the next few days too.

5. I think that's right. Why NPR can't spring for a premium subscription
to the big-name polls is beyond me.

Just jokin' ya.:hi:

GO Lamont!

Shame on Bill! Why isn't he helping, I wonder?

4. Who, Clinton?
He's stumping all over NY state for Dem congressional candidates. Gillibrand, Hall, others.

8. Probably because there are closer races that he can help with...
just a guess.

6. I am hopeful again, but just about to leave the country on a trip.
I voted ab 2 weeks ago. Was down in dumps for another week. This gives me hope.

I'll be following the election from Rome. I'll be online Wed. morning as it will be my earliest chance to check the news. I'll get on DU first thing (last year I accessed DU from Catania, Sicily, no problemo!).
