Rain Forecast on Election Day |
|
:scared: The forecast says strong chance of rain throughout the Midwest and Upper South on Election Day. This won't swing Missouri and Tennessee to the Republicans, will it? http://www.weather.com/weather/wxdetail/63130?dayNum=8

We're the ones willing to show up in teh harshest conditions. I don't think they would be as willing.

11. Remember the Evil Witch in Wizard of Oz |
|
She melted in water,as evil Republicans will. They don't dare chance going out in the rain.

4. I think it helps us. Democratic voters are already very motivated. |
|
Republicans know they're going to lose the House.
If it rains, we're still motivated to show up and vote.
They ain't.

5. If anything it might help Dems just a bit. (IMO) |
|
I would think rain and such would discourage any voter whose not terribly enthused about voting, and this time around that description applies more to Republicans than Democrats.

7. LOL, my late father, a precinct captain in Chicago from 1960 through |
|
1984 always loved it when it rained on Election Day.
He always claimed the rain kept the Republicans at home.

8. Keep in mind that a low voter turnout |
|
favors Republicans.
So if you're a Republican, don't vote.

10. Any weather forecast more than 24-48hrs out is pretty much worthless |
|
Esp. in this region. Push 7-8 day out forecasts another 2 days
