You do know that Zogby has the CT race at Lieberman (CFL) 47%, Lamont (D) 43% |
|
I keep telling you that Lieb doesn't have the ground forces that Lamont has and Lamont can take this race.
47-43.... that's close.

2. I hope the good citizens of CT realize who the real Democrat is. |
|
And if the Republicans in the state cast their vote for the Republican on the ticket, that will leave Joe out in the cold. He can tell everyone he "ran a strong second."

Lamont is very likely to win the election. People resent Lieberman's being a puppet for the administration. He has betrayed the democratic party, and the administration has insulted the republican party by ignoring their candidate, in order to promote the puppet.

6. Liebe was up by 10 at the beginning... |

Now it's almost statistically a dead heat.
Ground game....

8. And Schlessinger hasn't peaked yet. |
|
He ran his first tv ads this week and gave out his phone number. No way he'll get less than 15% which should be enough for Lamont to pull it off. Grond game is key and maybe Joe won't have such an easy time distributing $400k of petty cash for ("get out the") votes.
It will be a happy day when we send Joe packing to K Street where he can hang with other formerly important pols.

10. Zogby is a very bad pollster, wouldn't get my hopes up, I think it's 48-40% right now |

12. The only thing knocking back my hopes |
|
are people attempting to knock back my hopes.
The bad pollster had Lieb 10 points ahead at the beginning... he's now just 3-4.
Hope enough... hell ya!@

13. I hope so badly Lamont pulls this off. |

I've spotted Lamont yard signs in Vermont, trying to capture the leaf peeper vote.
