1. What does all this mean?
When will we know if there is going to be a filibuster or not?

3. if the cloture vote fails, then its filibuster

We need 41 votes of NO against the cloture motion.

Cloture means that the debate will end and a final vote will occur.

6. Incorrect Incorrect Incorrect Incorrect
They need 60 yes votes. We don't need any votes NO. If they can't get 60 yes votes, then cloture fails.

5. The Fillibuster is at 4:30. If 41 votes the talking continues for an hour
and Frist pulls the item off the floor - we sort of win - except he can try again whenever he feels our vote count has dropped below 41.

Remind them that the Constitution is in danger, and it's UP TO THEM to save it!

7. Well we know the topic for all the talking head shows for the
weekend. Hope Reid gets plenty of spokespeople out there. For once, I wouldn't cringe to see Lieberman on camera.
