GO YE TO CONNECTICUT! LAMONT CANVASSING GETS HIM WITHIN 4 POINTS!!
ZOGBY: Lamont 43%, LIEberman 47% and Schlesinger 6%. It's all that canvassing bringing Ned up and the War going south.

GET YE TO CONNECTICUT ASAP TO HELP WITH THE GROUND GAME AND THE LAST WEEKEND OF CANVASSING.

Unless of course you want LIEberman to be the deciding vote on EVERYFUCKINGTHING!!

Also go to Moveon.org and help with the virtual phonebanking from anywhere!

70,000 other people already have!

3. Is that a Zogby Interactive or a real poll?
Those Interactive polls are not to be trusted. They are screwy.

5. Joe... has got to go!
This race is SO important....please, please, please...all you gifted, informed folks....do the virtual phonebanking if you are not from Ct.. we need you..we need people to know that Joe has been funded by the Bush regime. Time is of the essence!! I consider this the most important race as Joe would have a lot of power and he would owe the repugs big time...and he would be holding a grudge against those who didn't support him...lethal combo. Call, or walk or write or contribute or best of all...do all of the above!!!

7. Yes, it is important, and those in Ct, will decide that
but how much power lieberman holds if he wins depends on the TOTAL outcome of the election

If you look at most of the polls, the momentum is going the right direction, even in Connecticut

Things are moving from a toss-up category to a Democratic lean

6. The interactive poll is not valid
Edited on Tue Oct-31-06 10:33 AM by still_one
However, the polls are not all disappointment

http://www.pollster.com/senate.php

http://www.pollster.com/house.php

In fact there have been some interesting developments in the Senate races

RI is now leaning with us
New Jersey is now leaning with us

Va this morning has just leaned in our direction:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061031/ap_on_re_us/virginia_senate_poll

Tennessee is a toss up

The momentum definitely is working in our direction, but this is going down to the wire

11. Yes, the gap is closing in the race
I was just pointing out that interactive polls are not particularly valid

I am from California, and what amazes me is that it looks like Schwarzenegger will probably be govenor again. Labor and unions could turn that around, but it doesn't look like they will.

It looks as though many in the South are coming to the realization how they have been used by this administration and the republicans, and many will not vote against their own interest again like they have been doing the last six years

10. I don't trust Zogby interactive, but RAS has Lamont within 8
and so it is closing.

In many of the states that were toss ups it is now leaning Democratic

Nothing can be taken for granted
