No info or point, just an update on data. I would be absolutely shocked to see an (R) oppose cloture; and at this point, we have five (D)s (Johnson, Landrieu, Byrd, Nelson, Pryor) and probably a few others (Salazaar) who will vote for Cloture. The current HotLine estimates 63 votes for Cloture are currently secured.
