Letter to Cnn. Too strong?
John Kerry was referring to President Bush in his speech, not the troops, and EVERYONE AT CNN KNOWS IT. I have never seen a more blatant attempt to smear a politician, and by extension a party, than this one.

I had thought that, unlike the cretins at Fox, CNN at least kept up some pretense of impartiality. Obviously I was mistaken. This behavior is appalling and unforgivable. Journalism is dead, leaving only the incessant corporate propaganda designed to do nothing more than influence the masses. You people disgust me.

What do you think? Oh, and please do write your own. http://www.cnn.com/feedback/cnntv/

5. The only thing I haven't seen is the actual quote.
Once you see the quote, you realize he was talking about Bush. The operative word was "Homework." Do your homework, or you'll make bad decisions that will get this country stuck in Iraq.

Good e-mail, by the way.

7. Right on the mark. Hell, if it were me, I'd probably add this sentence
as a sign off: "And a hearty fuck you to you cowardly, enabling BushCo quislings, and the horse you rode in on!!!!!"

I can understand if you don't want to take advantage of my editorial suggestion!!

10. I sent feedback straight to Lou
About both the Kerry bullshit and his biased attempt to make it seem like e-voting had "suddenly" become a problem, when the Republicans are looking to get their ass kicked. I also mentioned to him that Wexler has been fighting an uphill battle with NO MEDIA COVERAGE since 2002 to get a paper trail, or some way to recount votes with a confirmation by the voter.

GOD I'M REALLY STEAMED... You hand out the candy tonight, honey!

13. Here's what I sent - short and sweet
Doing Murdoch’s dirty work, huh? A war hero is smeared by chicken hawk cretins and you do your best to help them, pathetic.

These people that you are helping are scum and so are you. They’ve killed thousands in a pointless war and that is somehow not as bad as a botched joke?

23. I actually had to edit a couple F bombs out
I have never been this furious watching CNN. Lying isn't exactly a new thing for them but this crap is just so blatant, and right before an election. It's insulting is what it is, that they believe we will be so easily duped by their slanted coverage. I had to change the channel because I was shouting at the TV when trick or treaters started arriving. No point in scaring the kids.

"No. John Kerry was speaking about Mr. Bush. I got it. Apparently Kerry is right about Bush doing his homework. It went right over Bush's head. Shame on you, Lou, for perpetuating the White House spin."

tweety is saw the truth and you know keith will have something to say about this . . . not to mention js.

24. You're too kind.
If you want to read a really scathing rant on CNN and the media cartel in general, go to the archived post here:

It's kind of long and some parts are a little dated (May 2005).

BTW, in case anyone cares, they never even ackowledged the letter.

29. Great! When it was Bush's time to fight, he ran, Bush went AWOL,
became a deserter on the 31st day. What if our troops were to do as Bush did? All this while Kerry was in combat! Why did Bush run? Bush should apologize! Actions speak louder than words.

Bush should apologize for burn out Constitution!

www.awolbush.com

I had quit posting for a long time, but I am extremely angry! CNN, MSM, why don't Dems have a spine? Well, Kerry did, it also took a lot of guts to go to Nam and fight, instead of sending others!
