Demand an Apology!
If one party says something to offend the other, demand an apology!

Charley Rangel calls Cheney an SOB -- Cheney should demand an apology
Clinton gets ambushed in a Fox interview -- He should demand an apology
Kerry gets tongue-tied and offends the troops -- Tony Snow, Bush and McCain demand an apology. Wolf Blitzer asks Lynn Cheney the wrong questions, Lynn demands an apology. McCain insults legless veterans, Duckworth should demand an apology. Allen calls a cameraman a Macaca - Indian-Americans should demand an apology. Rumsfeld says that draftees contributed little to the U.S. army -- Vietnam vets should demand an apology. A heckler asks George Allen why he spat on his ex-wife and gets roughed up by Allen's handlers -- he deserves an apology. Lou Dobbs attacks Kerry misconstruing Kerry's words -- Lou owes Kerry an apology. Ken Mehlman runs an attack ad accusing Harold Ford of liking promiscuous white women. Ford deserves an apology. I've gone on too long and probably bored you -- you deserve an apology from me. But you won't get one!

1. I think we should SERIOUSLY demand that McCain apologizes to Kerry
for believing the spin of the WH. This is worthy of a campaign. Now that he heard Kerry explain that he bothched the joke and it was meant to be against Bush, and any RATIONAL being knows Kerry is telling the truth, McCain should be pressured to show that he has at least some integrity left in him by taking his words back and apologizing. That should be our war cry right now because it can actually work. McCain is not much better than the rest of them any more but he is playing a tricky game, some of it not entirely to his liking, and now and then he does suffer pangs, I am pretty sure.
