why is byrd being so oblivious to the finer points. Idealogy IS a reason to exclude someone from SCOTUS even if they are qualified. I mean a Traitor can KNOW the law inside out,and use his skill at bending and rhetoruic about law to ruin the country because of his IDEALOGY or his BELIEFS are unconstitutional.Unitary Executive???.. Come on Byrd you know the right thing to do, Filibuster Alito. Stop the fascists now. If you betray the country you will never get elected because republican do not like you.. if you betray the Dems you will never be respected or elected again..You were a good fighter for Dem causes.
