Their list of Senators seems outdated (not in sync with current developments). But any message to Senators to bolster the effort is not wasted.

They're sending to the following--some of whom have announced against Alito--but apparently not to Byrd, Landrieu or the others who are needed now. Their list:

This is not a trivial moment. Judge Alito is poised to create an imperial presidency.

The saving grace of SCOTUS in the past decade has been its ideological flexibility. Confirmation of Alito will destroy that quality.

Further, Alito's employment of the Unitary Executive will effectively render moot the will of the people of the United States, as expressed through their elected representitives.

Pass Alito, and you will live the lives of Senators in the first great failed experiment in self rule, the Roman Empire.

The first victim of the Roman Empire was the Roman Republic. Pass Alito and you will live like imperial Senators... under Caligula.

The only resistance left to you with any meaning, or hope of success is the filibuster. Support it, or forever rue the day you didn't.
