Have the Republicans been overwhelmingly on the attack today?
I am listening to the debate through only an audio feed on my laptop at work. I haven't been able to hear everyone today because, well, my boss isn't paying me to listen and I do have to do some work. Nonetheless, I have heard a lot of the debate today and it seems to me that the Republicans are attacking Democrats more than explaining their vote. And then they turn around and accuse the Democrats of being partisan! Um....pot?....this is kettle....you're black!

Are they scared that the filibuster will work? Or are they just truly evil? Or did I just hear the wrong set of speeches today and my view is skewed?

8. Part II of my question: has it gotten worse since Kerry announced
he will seek a filibuster?

Kinda seems that way to me. Think they are all wired so they can get immediate notification of the latest WH hateful talking points?

10. I also love the whining about their approving Clinton's judges
Um, well, when you have a president who nominates a good judge, that's what happens! Hey, why don't you give that a try, Bush??
