2. Interesting idea, but...
Short of a nuclear holocaust or worldwide famine or pandemic, I can't think of a way for it to happen. Who decides who gets to be born, who dies?

3. Dunno.
However, what seems to be happening is the opposite.

I dunno what to say on this one.

4. Well, I'm a noncontributor to the population explosion
I should get an exemption from taxes, or something, because of my selflessness. Actually, I'm teasing...I have never had any desire for children. My nieces & nephews are enough for me! But I honestly think that more people worldwide should decide not to reproduce. The planet can't support such pullulating masses of homo sapiens sapiens.

5. Education is the key. Education has shown to be as relevant as
anything else.

Education, basic intelligence, compassion for others, and having things to do so people don't get sexually frustrated or have sex because there is nothing else TO do.

But not so much as to deprive people of it, because biological needs are inevitable. Contraception is not evil. But not keeping tabs on the amount of living does end up reducing the quality of life for all. And those that come into this world are more likely to suffer because of their parents' inability to use a condom, keep the zippers up, whatever.
