8. the republicans cornered the market on corruption

while it exists in both parties, it is rampant and unchecked in the repuke party. we need real campaign finance reform and totally transparent government. if we had that, the jail cells would start filling up with republican politicians.

12. You do not have to be a lawyer to be on the court

However, any candidate who is not a sitting Federal judge would most likely get a less than good rating. Same would go with a disbarred attorney.
