Senators: Bush might get IMPEACHED. So FILIBUSTER -- you owe no deference

Normally the Senate will "defer" to the President's judgment.

But, hey, Senators, haven't you heard? All over the country and all around the world, everyone is calling Bush the most INCOMPETENT President in living memory -- and he (along with much of the Republican leadership) is in danger of going down for LAW-BREAKING.

Meanwhile, he's making a last-ditch effort to put a judge in place who believes in the "UNILATERAL" executive -- so he can save his own ass, and keep breaking the laws. Bush's overall goal with Alito is to NEUTER Congress and destroy the Constitution. Alito DOESN'T BELIEVE that the Legislative Branch is co-equal with the Executive. You wanna confirm a guy who basically wants to destroy your job, Senators?

Dem AND Republican Senators need to DO THEIR JOB. This means, when the President who screwed up on 9/11, on Katrina, on wiretapping and on Medicare tries to sneak another one of his incompetent cronies past you in a desperate attempt to stack the Supreme Court in his own favor, THIS IS THE CRISIS YOU'VE BEEN "KEEPING YOUR GUNPOWDER DRY" FOR.

Mark my words: Any Senator who votes for Alito (and any Dem Senator who doesn't FILIBUSTER against him) will be dead meat around election time if Alito gets confirmed. The voters are WATCHING this time and they don't like what they see. The polls show the people DON'T support the President -- and, as our representatives, neither should you.
