3. This just proves that he's still on track with his "stay the course"
plan. Keeping Cheney around isn't a surprise - he was elected. But the fact that Bush felt that he even needed to make a statement like that about Cheney is very, very telling.

As for Rumsfeld...stupid is as stupid does.
