PNAC question....

At lunch today, several of my co-workers started talking about politics. Well....it seemed that some needed educated and I felt that I was just the one to do it (I don't get invited to lunch with the "gang" very often...we'll see if I ever get invited again). At any rate, none (yes, I said NONE) were familiar with PNAC. Well, a couple of them were interested in what I was saying and wanted more information.

So I was preparing a nice educational e-mail for them and included several excerpts from the "Rebuilding..." white paper. Then I was going to include the more interesting of the PNAC players for their consumption. Only the list of "project participants" isn't what I remembered!! Wasn't Neil Bush and Rumsfeld on the list? I thought maybe they were listed in the "About PNAC" section of the web site but I couldn't find them there either! Have I lost my mind? Weren't they on the original signature page? Are some of these guys attempting to distance themselves?

Neil Bush was not. However, Jeb was. I had heard that some names were going to be scrubbed from the site etc.

while all this hoop-la about Kerry has been monopolizing the news...If only he got a live press conference together (at this point every station would want to air it wanting him to trip up).

Could you imagine if Kerry were to look into the camera and blow the whistle on PNAC, and talk about RAD? It would be amazing!

I really appreciate it...I was beginning to think I was in the twilight zone. I am almost positive the people from the link were included on the paper at one time. I do think it has been "scrubbed".
