Strike Force is a bad movie released in 2003 (AKA: The Librarians) with a cameo appearance of, yes you guessed it: Mark Foley as Republican Fairchild

Here's the setup:

Republican politician is waiting on a dirt road in his limosine.....

Chauffer: (to pol in back seat) "They're fifteen minutes late sir."

(a Hummer pulls up and a little girl runs to Republican Fairchild)

Little Daughter Fairchild: "Daddy, daddy. I missed you so much daddy."
Republican Fairchild: "Oh I missed you too baby."
Little Daughter Fairchild: "There were a lot of bad men daddy."
Republican Fairchild: "I know baby but its all over now. Go wait in the car."

.
(mercenary walks up to Republican Fairchild)
Republican Fairchild: "Thank you so much Mr.... I don't even know your name."
Mercenary: "We're called the librarians."
