Hey Folks Notice the Disinformation Campaign going on here?
Just speculating, but I think we are being played, duped and roped by the KKKROVE machine and intelligentsia. We've got rumors going every which way on one senator or another supporting or opposing filibuster. One minute someone reports that so and so Senator is backing a filibuster, another minute a report comes out saying that the very same senator is going to oppose the filibuster.

Or maybe it's just that things change every 15 minutes.

But I do think we have to assume that there will be a tonnage of MIS-INFO thrown into the mix of factual reporting in a chaotic and confused manner (which the CIA thrives on creating btw, and then we do what they expect and allow ourselves to be played, while hurting our own efforts).

We need to rely on TRUSTED sources to disseminate information here but I don't really know how that can be administered or managed. So in lieu of some sort of tried and true structure, we're going to have to keep our personal 'radar' in good functioning repair and rely on a modicum of good sense with regard to what i think is a massive amount of MISINFORMATION.

For instance this business of Harry Reid' suddenly not supporting a filibuster, after we had already received reports that he would be, it is this kind of thing that needs to be checked out carefully.

Skinner, Plaid Adder are a trusted sources, as is Buzz-flash as an example. Others are too, we just need to be careful in what we automatically buy into.. and check the sources.

That's hard to do in this environment and under the circumstances we find ourselves. So we'll need to be doubly vigilant.

I'm just saying, we need to be careful in our assessment of information, while continuing with our activism to defeat this nominee, a filibuster by any means necessary. ;)

2. And We Must Not Trust the FCMSM.
Any reportage from the msm must be taken with a grain of salt from the git, untill or unless we can get verification elsewhere, unless of course the person being quoted actually appears on the program, and their statements can be heard by anyone listening.

4. I think the Democratic Leadership is getting smart with some
disinformation of their own. A rumor here and there can keep the Rover from charging his batteries.

Wonder when George will be scrubbing pictures like this?

5. exactly, that report saying Reid does not support a filibuster IS WRONG
It uses a quote from YESTERDAY to say he doesn't support Kerry or Kennedy TODAY. IT IS A BUNCH OF MISINFO!

6. don't trust news articles that deceptively use quotes
for example using quotes from yesterday as if they were in response to events that happened today.

10. BDB's
or Big Deep Breaths.

Keep on keeping on, make those calls, hang your hopes in the air and work. No knee jerking, no insulting people we would like to sway and don't react wildly. The time for that will be later.

The advice that got me through the DU primary wars. I did not always heed it but it did work when I did.

11. Agreed--as I've stated on two threads
that stated Sen. Obama doesn't support filibuster--a rumour from a website.

It's called divide and conquer. Don't believe the hype!

12. divide and conquer is exactly what i think is going on..
:kick: i think we need to consider the possibilities of being played, duped, and snookered into buying into all sorts of misinformation running rampant.

13. Absolutely--
I'm surprised by some of the responses to the reports. I understand that emotions are running high right now, and we all may not be capable of seeing that we are being blindsided--but once it's pointed it out, it should be considered.

14. I agree, and said something similar in another thread. It is like the
battle is on and there's smoke and dust in the air.

Just hang on to our goal, and try not to get too distracted by the mass of conflicting information that is flying around.
