1. This is so stupid. Do they want him to chop off a finger?
What would be 'enough'?

2. I'm ignoring it
This issue is over, unless we help keep the controversy alive. Let the freepers do what they want with the poll.

8. I'm with you. The fewer responses to these execrable questions, the better.
If the total number of respondents is very low, and matches the total of one of the supposed answers, the 'poll' will be shown to be the ridiculous thing it is. Don't give them eyeballs, I say.

"this is incredibly stupid, nothing to see here folks" I'll decline to participate.

it's a non issue. Why isn't there an option for "irrelevant distraction"?

9. As long as people respond to it, I'm afraid. We shouldn't help.

7. Reminds me of Clinton's apology.
Even after they voted to impeach him, Republicans wanted him to serve time once his term was up.

11. This is the exact reason why I did not favor the apology
This is the exact reason why I did not favor the apology. We all know the RSM (Republican Smearing Machine) will NEVER allow this marginal issue to go away. They along with the assistance from the partisan corporate media (Fox, MSNBC, CNN, etc.) will drag this issue out until the "Intervention" day. There is nothing we, Democrats and Independents who are supporting the truth, can do about it. Forget about it, and let's focus on the DAY. Don't allow the RSM to distract us from our concentration on much more important issues at hand. I can now see the tiny but wonderful sunray behind the dark cloud. Next Tuesday, let all of us finally greet the full sun that will shine her beautiful rays on every corner of our states to welcome back our country that we have lost for so long.

..the fucking people would still not be happy. This proves even further that the gop and those assholes on the right were disrespecting the troops for their political vote. What a bunch of fuckheads.

22. What is it about the right-wing that causes
Democrats to cave?

What did Kerry have to apologize FOR?

Why didn't George Bush apologize for his weapons of mass distruction joke made a couple of years ago?

Again, there was NOTHING for which Kerry should apologize.

Ashamed he caved, again.
