Byrd and Johnson have gone on record as supporting Alito, although they haven't said they'll vote for cloture. It can reasonably be assumed that they won't support a filibuster if they're voting for him. None of the repubs will break rank re cloture, though Chafee and Snowe may very well vote against Alito. Anyone who can add, can see the votes for a filibuster aren't there.
