We have to at least delay the vote on Alito until after the SOTU
We cannot allow the vote to happen on Tuesday. That would play right into the hands of the GOP, and Bush would declare a major victory for his party. If we take that one victory away from him, we can use the fight over Alito, the corruption of the GOP, Katrina and the failed policies of Bush in Iraq to make great gains in November.

If we give this one victory to him, we do great damage to our chances.

I can't stand to watch the DEMS hand this criminal, who stole two elections, another victory.
