TX repuke lies about papers' endorsements (Dem opponent endorsed)
So in addition to the dead TX repuke who is still making campaign phone calls from the grave and Delay's replacement campaigning **inside a polling place**, we now have one lying about newspaper endorsements. Can they get any more desperate/panicky??

Texas Supreme Court Justice Don Willett falsely claimed endorsements from several newspapers that actually endorsed his Democratic opponent, William Moody, according to a complaint filed Friday with the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

The newspapers were removed from the site Friday night.

The complaint by the Texas Progress Council, nonprofit public policy group, cited Justice Willett's campaign Web site, which on Friday indicated that the Republican incumbent was "honored" to be supported by The Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle and several other leading newspapers.

However, most of the newspapers listed on Justice Willett's Web site – including the state's two largest, in Dallas and Houston – have endorsed Judge Moody

Oh wait. His site endorsement page has those cute asterisks, denoting that the endorsements were for the primaries. I wonder if those aterisks appeared before or after the Texas Progress Council called him on his bullshit?
