To My Democratic Senators: I've got your back

This is a pivotal time in our country's future. This is the ideal opportunity for you to show a large number of disenchanted voters that there is in fact a difference between the political parties.

I think it is silly for me to threaten to not vote for you in your next election if you do not vote against cloture. I will tell you that I have generally voted against your Republican opponents more than I have voted *for* you. This is because I *know* that they will not work in the best interests of the people. Frankly, at this moment, I'm not so sure about you either.

Please show me that there is a difference. If you do vote against cloture and support a filibuster, I will do everything in my power to defend you against the vocal minority of right wing extremists who will come after you and I will do all I can to actively support you in your next election.

Democrats will never regain the support of the majority of Americans if you don't show that you can vote your conscience and LEAD.
