How many courts operate at all, much less issue verdicts, on Sundays? |

Not that I expect the Saddam Hussein situation to have any real impact on the election, but seriously. Sunday?

13. Work Week usually Saturday - Wednesday |
|
The normal work week varies in the Mid-East. Qatar and a few others work Sunday through Thursday, with a Friday-Saturday weekend. In most other Middle Eastern countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, etc.), the work week runs from Saturday through Wednesday, with a Thursday-Friday weekend. The one-day shift was made, in part, to allow businessmen to communicate more efficiently with market partners in the West and the Far East. Friday remains a weekend day because it is the Islamic holy day.

2. why would Sunday be special in Iraq? |
|
Friday perhaps, but Sunday? Most Christians regard Sunday as special, and there aren't many of them there.

The Bush government is working hard for us 24/7, and their puppets in Baghdad share the same work ethics.

11. Well if they interrupt football |
|
there will be a lot of upset rednecks, including me. I mean it's a foregone conclusion that Saddam Hussein will be swinging at the end of a rope, so why analyze that? Let's watch my Packers go on to their third straight victory and get to the .500 mark for the first time since 2004.
