The people behind Bush are going to sacrifice him and try to escape
I'm listening to last night's program of Mike Malloy's in the second hour and he is reading an article that he obtained. Apparently I believe it's supposed to come out next year but somehow he got it. While he's reading through it it appears that all the people who are behind Bush are going to sacrifice him and try to get away with their crimes of getting involved with Iraq. He for example quotes from Richard Perle who now in this article says he wouldn't go into Iraq and defeat is clear because "we've" failed to show "we" can secure Iraq and "they" can kill anyone. In my opinion they're going to declare some false get out of Iraq deal and they are preparing for if they have to have trials like the Nazi's did and they're going to sacrifice Bush and put the blame all on him. While Bush is to blame too and his whole team so are these people like Perle and Chalabi. If you haven't listened to last night's program I suggest you do. I believe the website is http://www.novamradio.com If that's not right you can probably find a link at http://www.mikemalloy.com

3. You got it
Perle, Wolfie, Baker, Kissinger and the rest are wriggling away and Bush is a nobody in the scheme of things.

4. Exactly
That is what I took from this. They're all saying "oh we didn't have anything at all to do with it!" and "we didn't have any say" and that Bush wasn't controlled by them etc. If you haven't yet visit http://www.informationclearinghouse.info and watch the film "The War Party" and it shows other wise.

6. One Neo-Conster will not back down
That would be the fossilized Norman Podhoretz. Watch this recent interview it's really amazing. The interviewer really hammers Podhoretz who just won't back down no matter how much reality he is presented with.

Stephen Sackur talks to a leading neo-conservative, Norman Podhoretz.

Podhoretz, provides insights into the racism, and fascists ideology that fuels Neo-Conservatives

George Bush's presidency has been defined by big ideas such as America's duty to fight a global pre-emptive battle against terrorism for democracy. These ideas come with a name: Neo-conservatism. Norman Podhoretz is one of America's most influential neo-conservatives.

But after the war in Iraq, are they in full retreat?

8. A failed leader is one thing. A failed puppet figurehead is worse, and that
is exactly what he is.

12. I don't care who they try to throw under the bus so long as they don't try to get on our bus and
subvert it. Why would the neo-cons want just 50% of the American political system? They are a virus. They want each and every cell. They will infect the Democratic party if we let them. Actually, I think there are a few Dem pols who are already under the weather. (Well, I guess Lieberman doesn't count as a Dem, tho, huh?)

16. You're right
There's some Dem candidates in key states that, if I lived there, I'd really have to "hold my nose" and vote for them just b/c I want a DEM majority House & Senate in order to get the MOST BLATANT (and REPUBLICAN) CROOKS out of power.

So, Let's not kid ourselves that a Dem wouldn't be "just as crooked", given the opportunity, just b/c there's a 'D' next to their name.

A vigilant citizenry is what is (and has always been) required to maintain a "democratic republic".

Peace & 'love' to the members of DU who practice DAILY 'vigilant citizenry'.....we "pay attention" & "we care".

13. I don't think George Sr. is going to let his namesake go down.
I think the old man has the power to deflect any indictments from his Son. And if Bush's protection goes, there will be indictments.

Remember, what the public sees is the tip of the iceberg, imagine what a complete expose of Bush's business would uncover.
