"Index of U.S. Civil Conflict." Love it, but it looks like a sketch, not a finished toon, and it doesn't have the usual signature, or the WP copyright, or the commentary from the little guy. Where'd you get it?

Where you get to see both the " official" Toon and a draft of one that was considered and rejected. Sometimes the sketches are better than the published ones...
