How many idiots will wake up tomorrow and be shocked and gleeful about the Saddam verdict?
And how many of these uninformed idiots will be voting?

6. that describes most of the American people, I'm afraid
I try to educate the people that I meet. Nobody that I talk to is aware that Habeas Corpus has been eliminated, and when I explain it to them, most people immmediately assume I'm lying.

8. Also, many don't know that Bush has given himself the power
to suspend free elections and declare martial law. Of those who do know, I wonder how many really _care_.

4. Anyone who decides to vote R because of this...
is too stupid to live. "Hey, the US is caught in a degenerating civil war, Baghdad is under siege, the Middle East is more unstable than it has been in thirty years, more American soldiers are dying every day, but Saddam's going to dance at the end of a rope, so it's all worth it!" is not a rational train of thought. (But there will bno doubt be some who think like that anyway.)

the elections due to this one, we deserve collectively, what is comming down the pike.

Personally I think people are concerned about kitchen table items such as money ain't buying as much as it used to, and college costs a mint, and cannot aford meds, or insurance
