two days left? What about Karl's December Surprise?

litigation, Supreme court decisions, Iran invasion, martial law?

the only October surprise was how bad the GOP looks. The only November surprise is that Bush's closest social and domestic adviser was a prostitute hiring, bisexual, drug abuser. What we really have to worry about is December.

1. It happens DURING EVOTE FLIPPING AND AFTER THE ELECTION
If they win because of the hacking, then they're happy
if they lose, then the hacking can support challenge of the election results

3. On the other hand,
to point out any hacking that took place and try to pin it on the Dems opens the Repugs up to refuting stronger evidence out of 2004 and 2002 that showed hacking that helped them out. After calling us Conspiracy Theorists for so long, it may be difficult to then turn around and say "well, forget the hard copy, factual evidence from 2004, but please pay attention to THIS evidence that supports me overturning this Dem win!"

It could open a whole can of worms the Repugs, in hindsight, really don't want to open.

7. The media has to be more centered this time. they sense
a wave of change coming, and they don't want to alienate 60% of the potential viewship.

5. Wouldn't you love to be able to "listen in on" The Rove's cell phone
conversations? I wonder how many Dems they have zeroed in on?

I'm not too proud to admit that I'm nervous...really nervous.

6. Phony polls..claiming they are "closing the gap" so the indies don't
Edited on Sun Nov-05-06 02:30 PM by applegrove
go 2 to 1 to the anti-incumbents. Then on election day.. Drudge will release, early, exit polls claiming the Dems are close to winning..keeping harried Dem voters just off work from lining up (cause Dems have already won apparently) and motivating the Republican base.

That is my prediction. Just a guess.
