Freepers sometimes write some of the funniest stuff ever. Not on purpose, mind you. I can only stand to visit there for about ten minutes once a month. But they always have some incredible comments.
My favorite was the thread trying to figure out what an 'amber alert' was. They knew blue, green, yellow, orange and red but not amber. Must've been something serious to come up with a new color - amber alert in kentucky. What was there in kentucky worth starting a new color alert? Fort Knox maybe? Went on for about 200 comments before someone told them what an amber alert was.
This was about 6 months ago.
