SurveyUSA takes out TWO POLLS on Missouri in a single day: Both show McCaskill ahead
Edited on Mon Nov-06-06 10:00 PM by Grebrook
Did they do this to retaliate against people calling bullshit on their last poll? They just came out with a second one, hours later?

http://www.surveyusa.com/electionpolls.aspx

1rst poll has it as follows:
(D) McCaskill: 51%
(R) Talent: 42%

2nd poll has it as:
(D) McCaskill: 50%
(R) Talent: 44%

1. They were skeptical of their first findings, so they did a second poll.
I think they are a little optimistic still because there are more Democrats than Republicans in that poll.

2. I think that's because more Democrats are voting than Republicans

4. It could well be. They only outpolled us by a point in 2004 in the exit
polling in Missouri and in 1996 which was the last Democratic year we outpolled them by 8% in Missouri.

6. Also, the libertarian is drawing a good 2% of the vote, I think that might sink Talent anyway
Thank God for disgruntled fiscal conservatives jumping ship. If Zeese out in Maryland kills Ben Cardin and gets Michael Steele elected, God damn well better even the score in Missouri tomorrow night.

7. Is there any polling available on the stem cell measure?
Is the McCaskill vote closely tied to the stem cell issue?
