Ohio Republican Party Chairman Bob "Lying Sack of Shit" Bennett is fuming about recent acts of vandalism and property damage that have been visited on the party's headquarters at the corner of 5th and Rich streets in Columbus.

Last Wednesday at about 9:20 p.m., someone threw a large, broken padlock through a side window, nearly hitting a staffer in the head and causing $500 in damage. That incident was followed Friday by two more windows being shattered at party headquarters sometime between the hours of midnight and 2:05 a.m. That damage was estimated at $200.

Columbus police reports show that the party has been victimized by crime three other times this year as well. On Aug. 27 and Sept. 29, someone stole newspapers from the building's front entrance. Bart Kinney, 48, of Columbus, was arrested and charged with petty theft in the latter case. He has pleaded not guilty.

In the other incident, a party employee reported that an unidentified man who was rooting around in a dumpster did $200 in damage to the employee's Toyota Solara on March 30...
